EULA - End User License Agreement

This document is an agreement between you and us, Abine, Inc. By downloading and/or using this software or the related services (including any later revisions thereof that we make available to you, the "Products"), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement you should not download or use the Products.

You are hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to use the Products (in object code form only) for non-commercial uses consistent with the description of the Products we provided with the Products. This Agreement shall immediately terminate upon any breach of its terms. Reverse engineering or use of the Products other than as specifically provided herein is strictly prohibited.

We remain the owner of all right, title and interest in and to the Products subject only to the specific license provided herein.

The Products are provided "AS IS" with NO WARRANTY of any type. We disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we or any of our offices, directors, employees or consultant be liable for damages of any sort (whether direct, indirect or consequential) resulting from the use of the Products. Use the Products at your own risk.

This agreement is governed by the law of Massachusetts.
